So, just recently, Newgrounds reset the Scouting system on their Art Portal. Before the reset, I had had a number of 'scouts,' or people that essentially say "hai, this person's artwork should be visible to the public." Now, however, because of the data flush, I no longer have a Scouter person. This is where you come in. Have a Newgrounds account?
